Join the CoStars, Jorgensen's Active Volunteers!
Consider becoming a vital and active volunteer for Jorgensen by joining the CoStars. The CoStars is a special group of volunteers who generously donate not only $500 per person, but also their talent and time. The invaluable CoStars support Jorgensen through community advocacy, fund-raising activities, and by hosting pre-and post-concert receptions (often featuring world-renowned luminaries). Join other vibrant, thoughtful and devoted arts-lovers who have made Jorgensen's success a priority. We would welcome your participation. Be assured that there is a special place among the CoStars just for you!
As a CoStar you will receive an honorary membership in the Jorgensen Circle of Friends at the Producers Circle level. Your benefits will include early ticket-ordering privileges for one full year from the date of your enrollment. You will enjoy reserved parking on the lower level in the North Campus Parking Garage for each Jorgensen performance you attend, speeding your exit after each event. In addition, you will be invited to a special "Meet the Artist" reception and you will be recognized in the Jorgensen Playbill.

CoStar members will receive an exclusive invitation to attend the Sneak Preview cocktail party and dinner hosted by Jorgensen Director Rodney Rock. The Sneak Preview party is held each spring and offers attendees an exciting preview of the coming season -- prior to public announcement. Our most generous friends will be the first to know.
The CoStar Piano Project
This season, the Jorgensen CoStars are taking on their most significant fundraising project to date. They hope to raise $60,000 for the purchase of a new Steinway Concert Grand Piano.
Jorgensen is unbelievably fortunate to have the opportunity to bring celebrated pianists to Storrs, but our existing Steinways are no longer suitable for many of our visiting artists. It is imperative to be able to offer these artists an instrument that meets their discriminating demands, and to provide you with an optimal performance experience.
In addition to several special CoStar fundraising events, the CoStars will be hosting a series of 6 Spotlight Silent Auctions at select Cabaret events throughout season.
