UCONN STUDENT DISCOUNTS
UCONN STUDENT RUSH TICKETS
- Jorgensen offers a limited number of FREE tickets to UConn Students to every performance! All Student Rush Tickets will be distributed via email for Fall 2024. Students should email the Box Office at jorgensen.tickets@uconn.edu the morning of the show to request their Rush ticket. Please keep in mind - even if you don't get Rush tickets, tickets are still greatly discounted and you'll never see quality entertainment at this price again.
- Limited quantities available - first come, first served.
- Tickets must be requested via email the morning of the show through the Jorgensen Box Office at jorgensen.tickets@uconn.edu . Rush tickets cannot be reserved in advance. Previously purchased tickets cannot be exchanged for Rush tickets, and refunds will not be issued.
- Limit one Rush ticket per UConn student ID. Rush tickets can only be used by UConn students.
- Only Jorgensen events are eligible - Student Rush tickets are NOT available for SUBOG events, Cultural Center events, graduations, or other University events hosted at Jorgensen.
UCONN STUDENT HOT SEATS
- One FREE ticket to each of the Lenard Chamber Series Events.
- Please login with your NetID and password to access your free ticket.
- Only $10 per ticket for most regular season events.
- One ticket per event with valid, full-time UConn student ID.
- University events, children's events, and some special events excluded.
ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTS
UCONN FACULTY & STAFF
- Take $2 off the price of each Jorgensen ticket with valid UConn ID.
- University events, children's events, and some special events excluded.
NON-UCONN STUDENTS / YOUTH 18 & UNDER
- One FREE ticket to each of the Lenard Chamber Series Events.
- Please select the student/youth price when purchasing your ticket.
- Only $15 per ticket for most regular season events.
- One ticket per event with valid student ID.
- University events, children's events, and some special events excluded.
SENIORS AGE 60+
- Take $2 off the price of each Jorgensen ticket.
- Proof required upon request.
- University events, children's events, and some special events excluded.
GROUP SALES
- Groups of 10 or more save up to 20%.
- Groups of 20 or more save up to 20% and receive complimentary tickets for every 20 tickets purchased.
- Some events may be excluded.

Ticket Policy
All sales are final. There are no refunds unless an event is cancelled. This includes events presented as scheduled during inclement weather.
Late Arrivals
Latecomers will be seated at an appropriate interval in the program at the discretion of the artists' management. A monitor in the lobby can be viewed by patrons waiting to be seated.
Children and Infants
Children must be at least 4 years of age or older to attend events other than children's events. Tickets are required for everyone, no matter how young. Please consider the potential for disturbing other patrons before bringing along an infant or small child. As a courtesy to other patrons, parents with disruptive children may be asked to leave the hall.
Bag Policy
For the safety of all, bags and backpacks larger than 10" x 10" are prohibited in the theater. Small bags and purses are permitted. An exception will be made for medically necessary items and diaper bags after proper inspection. All bags are subject to search.
Strictly Prohibited
Cameras and recording devices are strictly prohibited. Smoking is not permitted within 25 feet of the building.
Buyer Beware Information
Jorgensen Center for the Performing Arts strongly advises against purchasing tickets from any source other than the Jorgensen Box Office or Jorgensen website - jorgensen.uconn.edu . Tickets purchased through unauthorized sites and secondary ticket market vendors are purchased at your own risk.
- Jorgensen does not replaced fraudulent tickets.
- Admission is not guaranteed if tickets are invalid.
- Jorgensen does not refund money for overpriced tickets.
- Tickets cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
- The Box Office cannot contact you with pertinent information regarding time changes, rescheduled events and cancellations.
Only the Jorgensen Box Office is authorized to sell Jorgensen tickets.
